This is not a high-volume clinic.
You’ll treat one patient at a time, in a manageable local territory, with the ability to build a schedule that fits your life.
What Makes This Different

Compensation
PT: $90 per initial evaluation
PT: $60 per completed treatment visit (4 units)
PTA: $45 per completed treatment visit
Work Model
*One patient at a time — no double booking
*No productivity quotas
*Flexible schedule — you choose your availability
*No weekends unless you want them
*Clustered territory (typically 10–20 minutes between patients)
*Start with 5–10 visits/week and grow if desired
*AI-assisted documentation available (less time on notes)

Patient Population
You’ll primarily work with older adults in their homes:
Medicare Part B patients
* Balance and fall prevention
* Post-hospital mobility recovery
* Orthopedic and neurological conditions
* Functional strength and mobility training
You remain responsible for your clinical documentation while using tools that improve efficiency.
Requirements
* Active South Carolina PT or PTA license
* 1–2+ years of clinical experience preferred
* Comfortable working independently in patients’ homes
* Reliable transportation
* Professional liability insurance (required before first patient — quick and affordable to set up)
* Medicare experience helpful (training available)
