Community Outreach Program

Southern Steps Community Outreach provides educational events and screenings designed to raise awareness around fall risk, safe mobility, and aging in place. These offerings are intended to support individuals, families, and organizations through education only and are separate from individualized care or physical therapy services.

Our goal is to help communities recognize risk early and understand appropriate next steps when concerns arise.
